How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging
Refund Process
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at charlie@welcomelane.info. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
